Payment & Pricing
All prices quoted are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices are per person unless indicated as total package cost. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges apply from the point of booking confirmation. The level of charge depends on how far in advance of departure you cancel and the specific conditions of your booking.

Privacy Policy
MSD Travel Co. is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect and process personal information only as necessary to provide our travel planning services.
We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Information you provide may be shared with travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) solely to fulfil your booking.

Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing excellent service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your holiday arrangements, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
You may contact us at enquiries@msdtravel.co.uk. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer the matter to ABTA for mediation.
ABTA, ATOL & InteleTravel
MSD Travel Co. operates as an independent travel agent through InteleTravel, which holds the following protections for your peace of mind:
- ABTA Membership (P7081): InteleTravel is a member of ABTA — The Travel Association, providing you with a scheme for financial protection and a code of conduct.
- ATOL Protection (3950): Flight-inclusive packages sold through InteleTravel are ATOL protected. When you purchase an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive package, you will receive an ATOL certificate.
ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services offered. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking.
